Escambia County Society for Human Resource Management is a local group of human resource professionals who are committed to promoting collaboration among our peers and achieving significant goals. We are committed to promoting excellence in the area of Human Resource Management.

Our chapter is located in Escambia County, Alabama and affiliated with the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) which is our national organization and represents more than 200,000 individual members. It is the world's largest association devoted to Human Resoure Management.
