Our presentation is "The Role of Customer Service in H.R." presented by Mary White, SPHR. In her presentation, Mary will discuss the Human Resources Department as an organization's first point of contact with applicants and new hires and how that department then sets the tone for how current and prospective employees view the company's culture.
Mary is the co-founder of the Mobile Technical Institute (www.mobiletechwebsite.com) and MTI Business Solutions, which is a full-service training and consulting firm based in Mobile, AL. She is also the author of "101 Successful PR Campaign Tips" in the LifeTips book series, and is currently working on her next book in the series, "101 Tips on Human Resources Management".
