Presenter: Richard (Dick) Finnegan, CEO C-Suite Analytics. Mr. Finnegan will present, “Onboarding + Stay Interviews: Involving Managers to Reduce Early Turnover”. In the presentation, Richard will discuss how research tells us the real reason employees leave early or their engagement slumps is because of conflicts with duties, supervisors, or peers. Traditional onboarding programs can bolster company attachment but cannot address these “in the workplace” issues … and the result is “You’re hired, onboarded, and trained.
